Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare tax documentation and support audit processes
- Manage client bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Xero
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking
- Document financial processes for compliance standards
Qualifications
- Recent accounting graduate or equivalent education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
