Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Handle sales tax compliance and quarterly filings
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Collaborate with CPAs and tax professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines in a fast-paced setting
