Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoicing systems
- Support tax documentation preparation and filing support
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Communicate financial information clearly to team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail with numeric aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
