Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable
- Support month-end closing procedures and reconciliation processes
- Prepare and organize financial documentation for audits
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports
- Learn and apply QuickBooks accounting software
- Contribute to financial statement preparation under supervision
- Participate in cross-departmental financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
