Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Support tax filing documentation and compliance tasks
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data sorting)
