Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense report reviews
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during peak seasons
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
