Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support audit processes and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
- Contribute to tax preparation and compliance activities
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
