Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for small to mid-sized businesses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict attention to deadlines
- Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and schedules
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (graduates with 0-2 years experience welcome)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting
