Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation for corporate clients
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and variance analysis
- Support annual audits by maintaining organized financial records
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements accurately
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
