Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
