- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Support tax filing processes including sales tax returns and payroll documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis for client accounts
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Contribute to audit preparation and documentation requests
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
