Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with accurate journal entries
- Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external examinations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
- Participate in cross-departmental financial planning meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP preferred)
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and GAAP
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
