Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Prepare financial statements under senior accountant guidance
- Support audit preparations and document organization
- Manage vendor invoicing and expense report processing
- Contribute to budget tracking and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent coursework)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- QuickBooks exposure preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
