Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Prepare bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, basic functions)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Willingness to pursue CPA/CMA certification with company support
