Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements under GAAP guidelines
- Support audits by maintaining organized documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting projects
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems preferred
