Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support audits by compiling documentation and schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Adhere to GAAP and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
