Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- US citizenship or work authorization required
