Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for client portfolios
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Support audit preparations by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial analysis
Qualifications
