Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare payroll documentation and tax filings
- Support audit preparations and documentation reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Analyze expense reports and budget variances
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- 1-2 years internship or relevant coursework preferred
