Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice verification
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare basic financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit documentation
- Manage expense reports and vendor payment processing
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- QuickBooks certification preferred but not required
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
