Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements under senior guidance
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage and maintain digital accounting records using QuickBooks
- Conduct basic data entry and financial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial reporting
- Adhere to GAAP compliance standards and internal controls
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
