Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Perform data entry and account reconciliations
- Contribute to audit preparation processes
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
