Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation for individual and corporate clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for data entry and report generation
- Collaborate with senior accountants to analyze financial trends and variances
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience preferred
