Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support tax preparation and filing documentation processes
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data analysis
- Conduct expense report audits and vendor invoice verification
- Participate in internal control compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
