- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Support audits by maintaining organized financial documentation
- Perform data entry in accounting software with zero-error tolerance
- Contribute to budget tracking and variance analysis
- Prepare sales tax filings and other compliance documentation
- Collaborate with team on process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
- 1 year accounting internship or relevant experience preferred
