Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Support the month-end close process by gathering and verifying financial data.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and document financial transactions.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to input and track financial data.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship in accounting/finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
