Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and transaction reconciliation
- Support month-end closing procedures under supervision
- Prepare and organize financial documents for audits and reviews
- Learn and utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Contribute to accounts payable/receivable processes
- Participate in team training sessions to develop technical skills
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
