Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reconciliation activities
- Support tax documentation and compliance filing procedures
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoice verification
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for data entry
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal/external reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks or ERP software experience preferred
