Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Prepare basic financial statements and supporting schedules
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Conduct data entry and maintain organized digital records
- Support tax preparation processes under supervision
- Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
