Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for small to medium-sized businesses using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance filing support
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support internal audits and implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and basic tax regulations
