- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements under supervision
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry
- Adhere to GAAP and company compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
