Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements under supervision
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoicing
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) for data entry and analysis
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial reporting projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
