Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and promptly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support audits by preparing documentation and schedules
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
- Contribute to budget tracking and variance analysis
- Adhere to GAAP principles and internal controls
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (accounting degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
