Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoices
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry
- Support audits by providing requested financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Willingness to pursue CPA/CMA certification (with company support)
