Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the accurate recording of financial transactions and the preparation of financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger accounting and reconciliation of bank accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data and support month-end close procedures.
- Maintain and organize financial records, supporting documentation, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and VBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work night shift hours (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
