Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processing, including invoice entry, coding, and payment execution.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely payments.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes by providing detailed AP reports.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to maintain accurate financial records and audit trails.
- Participate in financial audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced skills required).
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
