Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now system for multi-state employees
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Support year-end processes including W-2 generation and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and benefit enrollment changes
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll analytics tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP Workforce Now
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of NY state tax laws and FLSA compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing and garnishment management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
