Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Administer time-off accruals and leave balances
- Collaborate with HR on benefits and compensation
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
