Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Process and categorize high-volume transactions nightly
- Generate and distribute daily financial reports to stakeholders
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for 20+ clients
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel Advanced functions
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
