Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal control protocols
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives while providing variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Maintain and audit financial records using QuickBooks and advanced Excel tools
- Support external audits and tax preparation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
