Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
- Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
- Participate in quarterly sales goals and community outreach events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Valid California driver's license (if required for branch events)
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
