Job Description

Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization before processing.
- Perform daily data entry and account reconciliation to ensure 100% accuracy in financial records.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payments via wire transfers, checks, and ACH.
- Maintain organized AP files and electronic records in strict accordance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding balances.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of AP workflows, including accruals and expense reporting.
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
