Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts with precision
- Process payroll and expense reports for weekend operations
- Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP/FASB)
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (including VBA)
- Proven experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
