Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable within 24-hour turnaround
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements
- Manage payroll processing for 15-20 employees
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Generate client invoices and track collections
- Ensure compliance with MN state tax regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Ability to process same-day payments efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- QuickBooks Online certification preferred
