Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all journal entries are recorded correctly.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Clerk.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
