Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts daily
- Process payroll, AP/AR transactions, and bank reconciliations
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for real-time financial management
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Collaborate with CPA teams for tax preparation support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Florida tax regulations
- Ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
