Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Process AP/AR with real-time reconciliation
- Generate P&L statements and balance sheets weekly
- Implement QuickBooks/Xero customizations
- Prepare sales tax filings and compliance docs
- Support month-end closing processes
- Train clients on financial software optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online Pro certification required
- Expertise in GAAP and multi-state compliance
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Same-day payment processing experience preferred
- CA/TX state tax filing knowledge
- High-volume transaction handling background
- Financial modeling skills a plus
