Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll processing and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the annual audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation for departmental projects.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
