- Manage and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable with daily accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for business clients
- Process payroll and tax filings with strict compliance to Florida regulations
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial controls are effective
- Assist with budget development and variance analysis for Tampa-based businesses
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Florida
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Florida tax codes
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
