Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and reconcile accounts with same-day payment processing
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements within 48-hour turnaround
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with real-time payment verification
- Implement daily cash flow forecasting for 15+ portfolio companies
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily transaction batching and validation
- Conduct daily bank reconciliation and variance analysis
- Support audit preparation with daily documentation trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel with advanced functions
- Proven track record of daily financial reporting under tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Ability to process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Experience with daily payroll processing and multi-state compliance
